PSAT/SAT/ACT Summer Courses
Grades 10–12 • 12:00 N–3:00 pm or 4:00–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday
Summer 2026: July 7 – July 24, 2026
These courses build knowledge of the material on college admissions tests and develop the critical thinking, reading, and test-taking skills needed for higher scores. Preparation for possible online (computer-based) ACT or SAT testing is included. The course fee covers the summer program and Fall practice testing and review (August–October); dates for Fall sessions will be arranged during the summer program.
Rising juniors and ambitious sophomores will prepare for the October 2026 PSAT; seniors for Summer or Fall ACT and/or SAT. Homework will be assigned; please download the summer reading list in the File Downloads section below.
Families unable to attend the full summer program may contact us for alternate arrangements. We also offer individualized test prep in June through August. For more on ACS test prep, see our Notes on Test Prep page.
Bring your John Adams and enthusiasm to class!
All students must bring a copy of David McCullough's John Adams. This biography provides the additional reading support we require; other books will be suggested during the course.

Discounted fees apply for those who do not qualify for full scholarships; children of school teachers, first responders, military, and others are often awarded discounts.
